This position will manage and provide strategic oversight for all Human Resource programs and policies for the Club, including recruitment, employee training, compensation and benefits, payroll, professional development, performance management and employee relations. This person will work with Senior Leadership to develop organizational HR strategy and ensure that those strategies are in line with and support the overall goals and values of the Club. The Director of Human Resources will also serve as a partner to all Senior Management and employees regarding all HR related matters, including Club specific policies and procedures and federal, state and local labor and employment law related questions.
