Serve as a principal underwriting contact and resource for employees of the company’s title agencies doing business in multiple states in order to ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and to minimize exposure arising from claims on policies issued by Premier and the other underwriters. Responsible providing national underwriting support and services on a pre-closing basis for transactions written on Premier, as well as for transactions written by Title on other underwriters.
