Company is looking for a strong project-oriented self-starter to oversee commercial contracts for the Latin America region. As Commercial Counsel, you will be drafting, structuring and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements, both for traditional sales as well as new sales and service channels. This position requires fluency in English and Spanish, and ideally, Portuguese. Support and advise business team on legal risks, business strategies and other issues related to commercial transactions and operations.
