The Capital Markets Unit is responsible for negotiating and managing the International Swap and Derivatives Association (ISDA) and other similar contracts between the firm and our customers. Currently, company is seeking candidates to become part of a new legal team that will provide support for contract negotiations for company’s derivative trading and clearing business. The position will act in an advisory role for a wide range of legal issues relating to derivatives agreements and transactions and provide legal assistance to a team of professional negotiators in a large corporate legal department
