Assistant General Counsel on Legal team handling complex commercial agreements for operations and corporate services. Responsible for providing a broad range of commercial legal support for operational and corporate services issues, advising on a wide range of general commercial contracts of all sizes, including outsourcings, HR and Benefits, consulting services, facilities management contracts, marketing and agency contracts, travel related contracts, consultancy and other services arrangements, special events, and other related commercial contracts. Experience with technology agreements (software, hardware, SaaS/cloud/hosting) is a strong plus.
