We need a transaction attorney with particular strength and experience in software transactions, confidence in drafting and negotiating commercial and license agreements, as well as experience in intellectual property issues (such as open source). It would be ideal if you also understood data centers, distribution channels, and software support/maintenance structures. You will report directly to the Chief Legal Officer and will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of issues as the third attorney in the company.
