The Assistant General Counsel will be located at our headquarters in Herndon, Virginia and will report to the Executive Vice President and General Counsel. The primary responsibilities for this position involve drafting and negotiating charter school management contracts, online program agreements with school districts and other contracts including software licensing agreements. Experience with mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions is desirable, but not required.
