This position is responsible for providing legal advice and counsel on real estate matters and contract negotiation and drafting services primarily to company’s Real Estate Development function and other departments requiring real estate transaction support in connection with their work. Particular focus will be on structuring, documenting and negotiating real estate transactions, including acquisition and disposition of real property, retail, office and train station leases, ground leases, licenses and easement agreements, complex development projects, site development agreements, real estate management agreements, confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements and rights-of-entry.
