The Chief Counsel will report to the CEO of the company and will work individually and/or collaboratively with the other members of the legal and executive leadership team on a variety of complex business and legal issues pertaining to the Company, but not limited to, the duties and responsibilities set forth below. This position is primarily responsible for establishing, drafting and implementing policies, practices, and procedures related to all legal matters, to include, but not limited to: general corporate governance, client contract negotiation, securities, and compliance matters pertaining to the business of the Firm and any affiliates and relationships. Recommends, interprets, and implements corporate, division, or organizationally specific policies, practices, and procedures.
