The Vice President, General Counsel will serve as a trusted strategic advisor and business executive within the executive team and to company's Board of Directors. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee our public company in corporate governance matters, litigation and dispute management, IP patents and management, Mergers & Acquisitions, advise the Board of Directors on various matters, and focus on corporate efficiency and legal best practices. You will lead internal and external legal teams providing legal advice that furthers and continues company’s success in our multiple business lines, financial and operational objectives, while managing global legal risks and exposure.
