Provide legal review and advice on a broad range of legal matters including contracting, licensing, transactional and general corporate matters across the business segments, with a primary focus on company’s Water Treatment business. Partner with all business functions and actively assist the business units and company in achieving business objectives and finding creative solutions to complex business and legal issues. Representing the organization on legal matters as assigned; to include preparing supporting legal documents such as briefs, contracts and other filings.
