The General Counsel (“GC”) will serve as lead counsel for the Group and a key member of the Group’s senior leadership team. The role will report jointly to the Chairman and the General Counsel. The GC will manage all legal issues impacting the Group, and jointly supervise the Group’s legal function with the respective business leaders, to ensure that the legal function operates as a true business partner by offering creative, proactive business solutions to difficult legal issues. This position includes oversight of legal matters for Fandango, an online exhibition consumer experience via smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices reaching 41 million viewers per month, selling tickets on over 20,000 movie screens nationwide.
