This attorney will be based in our headquarters in San Jose, CA and will be working on managing a variety of litigation matters, primarily focused on complex commercial litigation. The successful candidate must have a JD from an accredited law school, and have at least eight plus years’ experience in commercial litigation. Experience working with cloud-based service companies and in house experience is valued. Additional specific expertise in anti-trust, securities, privacy, patent and/or copyright litigation is a strong plus.
