Reporting to the Sr. Director, Intellectual Property Transactions & Counseling for Printing and Personal Systems, the successful candidate will provide IP transactional support and advice to primary business units in Printing and Personal Systems group. Provide all levels of management within the supported business unit with timely and creative business focused IP solutions, which balance legal risk while meeting business goals. Handle complex, IP-sensitive transactions with customers, suppliers, partners, and competitors of company.
