Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel of the Company, the Labor & Employment Attorney is responsible to provide legal counsel and services to the Company and to its US-based divisions regarding all aspects of US employment law, and to assist in other legal matters including particularly litigation support. The Labor & Employment Attorney will work closely with the commercial attorneys who support individual businesses as well as directly with divisional leadership, divisional HR leadership, and corporate HR. Managing and advising on employment-related litigation and disputes.
