The Corporate Counsel, Securities will be primarily responsible for ensuring enterprise compliance with the federal securities laws, NASDAQ rules and other corporate regulations. The ideal candidate will be a highly successful attorney with 4-6 years experience in corporate governance and securities law compliance. The candidate should be proactive, self-motivated and highly organized, with experience managing multiple projects and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role would be reporting in to the Associate General Counsel, Administration and Governance.
