This position requires ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must have extensive licensing experience, business knowledge, expertise in the areas of intellectual property law, contracts law, computer law and Internet law, and excellent written and verbal skills. Experience in open source, privacy, health, and/or telecom also desirable.
