Work with and advise Product Line Leadership on complex legal issues concerning legal rights and obligations involved in the on-going conduct of business, including but not limited to U.S. Government procurement matters, antitrust, export/import (ITAR), FCPA and other legal and regulatory compliance issues. Leading or supporting negotiations of terms and conditions in international and domestic agreements, U.S. Government contracting at the prime and subcontract levels and other transactions. Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of agreements to include leases, licenses, purchases, sales, teaming and other matters.
