Help general counsel manage day-to-day legal affairs and escalate issues, as appropriate. Provide business and legal advice to company’s business units including product, risk, operations, and sales. Negotiate vendor agreements and other contracts under tight time frames. Partner with company’s compliance department to ensure comprehensive risk support. Help manage outside counsel and legal intern(s). Represent company with external parties, including customers, regulators, and other stakeholders.
