Company is seeking a highly motivated real estate attorney with 1 to 4 years of relevant legal transactional experience and strong analytical, drafting and communication skills to assist the General Counsel of this rapidly growing renewable energy company. Based upon experience and abilities, the Real Estate Counsel will have the opportunity to work on real estate related matters on national transactions, including developer agreements, purchase and sale transactions, conveyances, option agreements, land leases, title insurance transactions and other real estate related matters. The Real Estate Counsel may also assist with loans, private placements, tax equity, construction contracts, power purchase and sale agreements, strategic alliances, formation of limited liability companies and corporations, consumer agreements, intellectual property agreements and other matters.
