This position will be responsible for managing various litigation matters and/or disputes faced by the Company. Responsibilities include managing litigation matters, including but not limited to commercial, consumer protection, product liability actions as well as other potential disputes faced by the Company. This individual will interact with and manage outside counsel representing the Company. This individual will also work closely with the Company’s other in-house lawyers, as well as non-legal colleagues in the Commercial, R&D, Regulatory, IT and other functions, and with the Company’s Office of Compliance and Ethics.
