This senior counsel position is key within company’s Corporate and Mission Advancement law area, by providing legal and business leadership to company’s distribution and product areas. The Senior Counsel will also provide legal services in support governance network and community outreach activities. Other areas of cross functional support may include intellectual property, contracts, and other corporate services matters. This position will work closely with and support the work of a Deputy General Counsel and other members of the legal team and business
