The Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions and Licensing will have significant responsibility for handling commercial and technology matters, including hardware and software technology licensing, open source and standards matters, software development and supply chain and other related agreements, providing timely advice to internal clients and collaborating with business partners across multiple business divisions. The Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions and Licensing will report into the Vice President and Associate General Counsel - Corporate. Partner with business and sales teams to evaluate and structure potential transactions to meet the company’s business objectives.
