Based in London and reporting functionally to the Deputy General Counsel, Finance, the SLC will act as the primary legal counsel to company on all antitrust and competition law matters globally. In that capacity he/she will provide strategic and operational advice and guidance on complex, high-risk competition law and antitrust matters to the General Counsel; Deputy General Counsel, Finance; the Legal Senior Leadership Team; other attorneys; and executives within the Compliance Function and across the business. The SLC will be the recognized legal expert and primary “go-to” person in the field and will be expected to provide proactive, technically proficient and strategic legal input in this space.
