To advise and provide legal coverage to the Lending Businesses with primary coverage extending to lending transactions in the Asia-Pacific region (ex Japan and Australia) for the Global Corporate Bank. Reviewing, negotiating and assisting with drafting of lending, security and related documentation. Assisting the business with deal structuring and terms from legal and risk perspective. Advising management and other functional partners on legal and regulatory issues generally. Instructing and working with external counsel, reviewing and negotiating legal opinions and supervising the legal due diligence involving the business and transactions.
