We are seeking an attorney with ideally 7 to 10 years of transactional experience. The work that this attorney will be doing includes, but is not limited to: drafting and negotiating contracts involving advertising, promotions/contests, vendors, IP and licensing, and IT matters; reviewing advertising and marketing materials to ensure compliance with legal requirements; handling social media and e-commerce issues (including data privacy related to customer tracking and analytics); overseeing high profile marketing and public relations initiatives; and providing advice, counsel, and training to the business in all of these legal areas.
