This person will be responsible for providing legal analysis, advice, and support to a variety of substantive areas including, but not limited to, the life insurance, annuity, retirement plan services, and disability income insurance areas, as well as agent contracting and licensing, advertising review, insurance department and customer complaint review and response and product development areas. Incumbent will be expected to develop expertise in these areas and be responsible for delegated tasks as assigned from attorneys primarily responsible for advising the areas.
