As the appointed legal resource for 5-10 of the Top 150 ES accounts worldwide, you will: Directly participate in account growth, identifying opportunities to monetize account activities and client demands, assisting Sales Leads with proposals ensuring alignment with existing contracts, and maximizing benefit from new business. Identify areas of opportunity for the account to manage costs and otherwise improve efficiencies that also align with ES and OGC business driven strategic and operational goals. Proactively identify and evaluate risks; developing effective mitigations and/or justifications so that ES may accept appropriate risks and maintain a competitive market position.
