Corporation is seeking to add to the Intellectual Property (IP) team in our Germantown, Maryland office. Candidates will be responsible for intellectual property management, including maintaining and building the intellectual property portfolio through the use of patents, trademarks, copyright, trade secret and other regulatory means to protect the Company current and future products. Counsel may be involved in drafting, negotiating and interpreting a variety of corporate contracts as well as managing the IP associated concerns with such contracts. In addition, candidates will also be required to interact effectively with, and provide strategic counsel to various business and scientific groups within the Company.
