As Associate Counsel, you will provide legal support and advice as part of a small in-house legal team. The position will involve diverse responsibilities based on need and direct interaction with personnel at all levels of the organization. Dispute Resolution and Litigation Support. Support to Compliance Team in responding to third party subpoenas, performing internal investigations, audits and dispute resolution. Provide support when disputes turn to litigation by managing outside counsel. Assist with third party property damage claims and negotiation with insurance agents.
