Reporting to company's Senior Tax Counsel, provide legal support for implementation/documentation of inter-company financing activities, tax planning projects and tax reduction initiatives, inter-company transfer pricing compliance and initiatives. Assume primary responsibility for preparing and coordinating involved contracts, registrations, communications and other documents from materials provided by the in-house tax counsel for review and signature related to maintenance of world wide inter-company loan portfolio.
