The Counsel role will also support Company Divisions, and provide counseling and expertise on a wide variety of legal matters. The position includes substantial communication by phone, in writing, and in person. The position will report directly to the Associate General Counsel, US Technology CoE (Alpharetta, GA) while working in conjunction with company’s Lead Counsel (Princeton, NJ). The Attorney will be part of the US Technology CoE (Center of Excellence) in the Legal Department and primarily support company’s organization.
