The Legal Counsel, Compliance role will report directly to the Associate General Counsel, Litigation and Global Compliance, and will play an active role in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of company’s global compliance and risk management programs. This is an individual contributor (non-manager) position. The person in this role will assist with all aspects of the compliance function, including developing and refining compliance policies, programs and processes and training around the world, as well as conducting internal investigations and providing litigation support.
