The Corporate Counsel will provide legal advice and risk mitigation strategies to the company in support of a range of corporate and transactional projects. The position will maintain responsibility for necessary legal services related to international corporate governance and subsidiary management and commercial and supply chain transactions globally. The position will work closely with members of the legal team, other internal stakeholders, and external counsel on corporate matters generally.
