Directly handle litigation and other formal disputes, or oversee other in-house attorneys and legal staff handling such matters (in consultation with outside counsel where appropriate), including claims brought by clients, service providers, or others against The Group or its subsidiaries or affiliates in state or federal court or in arbitration proceedings. Support or handle other litigation-related matters, including responses to subpoenas, garnishments and executions, and court orders. Directly handle, or oversee other in-house attorneys and legal staff handling, resolution of informal disputes with clients, service providers, or others in collaboration with client-facing business units and other departments.
