Negotiation, review and approval of property and facility management and leasing agreements. Review of vendor and service agreements. Provide counsel and intervention into pre-litigation disputes with owners, vendors and other third parties. Assist in the preparation of RFP’s and assure corporate compliance therewith. Assist in the development of standard corporate property management and operations related contracts and forms, including service contracts, purchase orders and construction management.
