This position will support the business on all aspects of trademark, copyright, domain name, advertising, and promotions legal issues, including matters related to licensed brand properties and third party content. The Trademark Counsel will partner with business stakeholders in the U.S. and globally to manage trademark, copyright, and advertising risk and bring a flexible approach, sound judgment, and creative solutions to the table at all times. Company is seeking an experienced Trademark Counsel. This position will work with a team of IP paralegals and report to the VP and AGC – Intellectual Property.
