As Legal Counsel, you will have a broad scope of responsibilities including negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial and technology agreements plus counseling our business team members on a wide range of legal and commercial issues. While you will be involved in a variety of the company’s legal work, you will play a primary role in supporting Company’s business development, product development and sales/support teams. In addition, you will assist on corporate law and governance matters.
