We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Counsel - Nuclear Regulatory Affairs in our Ethics & Compliance Legal Group. The location of this position will be either at our Headquarters in Cranberry Township, PA or our Rockville, MD office. As the Senior Counsel for NRC Regulatory Affairs you will be responsible for managing the provision of legal advice and counsel on the regulatory requirements applicable to of new and operating nuclear power reactors, including assisting in the issuance of early site permits, issuance of combined licenses and design certification activities, licensing and related requirements for fuel fabrication facilities, providing guidance on general NRC regulatory requirements and representation of Company in related administrative adjudications.
