The Contracts Attorney provides direct support to the Legal and Executive Management teams in drafting, negotiating and reviewing a variety of commercial and corporate agreements, performing corporate maintenance and record-keeping activities for domestic and international entities, providing legal review of marketing product and service brochures, technical publications, press releases and other business materials and assisting with regulatory compliance for domestic and international business. Draft, negotiate and review various commercial and corporate agreements, including software license agreements, supplier agreements, non-disclosure and non-compete agreements, end-user customer agreements, applications terms of use, professional services agreements, and other agreements as applicable, and participate in renewing agreements.
