The employee will provide legal services in the areas of physician contracting, contract disputes, employment law, third party liability, subrogation, risk management, and healthcare regulatory matters. Employee will have significant exposure to healthcare related issues included fraud and abuse, healthcare operations, compliance and business transactions.
