Experienced real estate attorney with a focus on commercial leasing, ideally retail leasing. The day-to-day functions for the role involve a wide range of leasing and corporate facility real estate matters, including, but not be limited to: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases, subleases and other related lease agreements, brokerage agreements, purchase and sale agreements and construction agreements. Performing analysis, rendering opinions and providing guidance with respect to document compliance and interpretation and leasing, property management and construction issues. Assisting in and providing guidance with respect to dispute resolution.
