The Counsel – Employment Compliance will report directly to the Assistant General Counsel for Labor & Employment. This is a newly-created position due to the company’s strong growth and expansion. The Counsel – Employment Compliance will counsel, support, and guide company leaders on employment and labor compliance issues to ensure that relevant company policies and procedures are effective, and that management and employees comply with statutory and regulatory requirements related to all aspects of employment in a variety of jurisdictions. The Counsel – Employment Compliance will take ownership of driving compliance initiatives, including compliance related to new policies, programs, products, or expansion, and ensuring that company policies and procedures are successfully implemented and followed.
