Serve as a legal advisor to company’s Compliance Department and Risk Department and will counsel on issues including AML, OFAC and economic sanctions, FCPA and anti-bribery, ethics and business conduct, money transmission, data compromise recovery programs, global enterprise risk compliance programs, Internet commerce and other programs. Provide advice to product business units on implementation of products and services that comply with company’s compliance, risk management and security policies, regulations and industry best practices. Assist in the performance of risk assessments of new or modified products & services advising business units on procedures, processes and functionality required to comply with global laws, regulations and policy.
