The Vice President, General Counsel acts as the internal legal counsel for company and is responsible for ensuring that business practices, policies, and dealings of the Company meet regulatory requirements to protect the corporation from legal action. This position also provides legal support to all business units of the Company through advice and counsel to internal clients. May represent the Company or its officials in various proceedings. Administers policy, makes long range plans and makes discretionary decisions regulating departmental operations.
