This newly created role supporting the Clinical Diagnostics Division will work closely with the IP team and will be instrumental in driving strategic IP development and will be responsible for all inbound agreements pertaining to the Division. This will include agreements pertaining to R&D development, collaboration agreements, in-bound licensing agreements, material transfer agreements, manufacturing agreements and OEM arrangements. It is expected that this role will become the primary legal business partner to the Division and will partner with the dedicated legal IP lawyers to drive all legal initiatives across the Division.
