Counsels the Practice team as they develop cutting edge technology products and services in areas such as Big Data, Cloud, and Security. Provides advice on legal issues and risks in the IT and information industries, such as privacy, security, global trade and telecommunications. Develops and implements contracting strategies, templates and guidance, and associated risk management strategies for the Solutions and Delivery teams. Support corporate restructuring activities including strategic outsourcing and procurement transactions.
