Company is currently seeking an Assistant General Counsel for our Patents group. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned attorney with significant experience in a broad range of technology-based transactions. This person will have excellent drafting skills and possess the ability to independently negotiate and finalize transactions. Familiarity with Open Source licenses and Patent Licensing also required. In addition, you must be hard working, detail-oriented and have the ability to service multiple client engagements simultaneously.
