This is a full-time position that reports to the CEO. The primary objective of the General Counsel is to protect the legal interests of the Company. To do this, he/she must be aware of all transactions and potential transactions in which the Company is engaged, be knowledgeable in areas of employment, pharmacy, contract, business, and intellectual property law, and be able to identify and analyze potential legal issues to ensure compliance in all business operations. The General Counsel will function as a member of the Executive Management Team and provide legal support to directors of functional areas related to the operation of a Specialty/Retail Pharmacy operation.
