The primary responsibility is to supervise, organize and direct the legal activities for company, as well as provide senior management with effective legal advice, manage the legal & compliance and regulatory functions, and oversee the work of outside counsel. The General Counsel will also be directly involved in a variety of complex business transactions including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
